Value Design teams up with SINDOSEGI, the first premium pork barbecue restaurant in Thailand, to provide a mobile CRM service with its own pay and prepaid cards
Value Design provides "Value Card" and "Alala Cashless" to over 117,000 retail and restaurant stores, which can issue their own Pay (store-specific in-house electronic money). The company offers services in Japan, India and Thailand, helping stores expand their customer base and brand reach. In Thailand in particular, the company provides mobile CRM services that utilize LINE mini-apps, which allow stores to link functions necessary for their operations to the LINE app, to manage and analyze customer attributes based on the registration information of digital membership cards, enabling sales promotion approaches tailored to each customer. As of December 2023, the number of stores in Thailand that have introduced Value Design's services has expanded to over 740.
SINDOSEGI, which has recently introduced Value Design's mobile CRM service with its proprietary Pay, is a premium pork barbecue specialty store originating from Seoul, Korea. SINDOSEGI Thai, the first franchise store outside of Korea, opened its first store in Siam Square, the heart of Bangkok's shopping and fashion district.
In order to promote repeat customers, cultivate loyal customers, and improve consumer convenience, SINDOSEGI has begun offering a membership system that adopts CRM services in January 2024 in addition to providing its own Pay. A 5% bonus (*) is given for every 3,000 baht charged, and 1 point is given for every 50 baht paid. By promoting mobile CRM to members, it is possible to deliver notifications on special offers and campaigns based on usage, helping to encourage repeat visits.
*The bonus is valid for two months.
