Value Design teams up with "Kay's" cafe to provide mobile CRM services
"Kay's," which introduced Value Design's mobile CRM service and point system, is a cafe that originated in Bangkok and currently has four locations in Thailand. They are particular about their cozy atmosphere and taste, and their French toast is one of their signature dishes. You can enjoy delicious food and drinks at any time of the day, such as breakfast and coffee in the morning, healthy bowls and smoothies at lunch, and steak and wine in the evening.
In order to promote repeat customers, Kay's has started offering the Kay's Membership Card, which is equipped with CRM services and a points system, in May 2024. For every 500 baht spent, 1 point is awarded, and when you accumulate 30 points, you can be promoted from a white card to a black card and receive a 10% discount.

About "Kay's Membership Card"
- Earn 1 point for every 500 THB spent
- Get a free coffee at 10 points
- Get a free classic French toast at 20 points
- When you collect 30 points, you will be promoted to a Black Card and receive a 10% discount
- Points will expire 12 months after your last use and your rank will revert to a White Card

About Kay's
Kay's is a cafe that opened in 2016 as a breakfast spot for guests staying at the K Maison Boutique Hotel on Rangnam Road. In spring 2018, it opened a pop-up store in SoHo, New York, offering French toast and creative drinks. It opened stores at Central Embassy in Bangkok in 2018, and in Sukhumvit and Sathorn in 2021, and currently operates a total of four stores.
