Value Design Partners with Thailand's Leading CRM Loyalty Service Provider, Buzzebees, to Jointly Develop "CRM PLUS X," a New Customer Experience by Combining CRM and Prepaid
Valuedesign (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bangkok, Thailand ), one of the overseas subsidiaries of Valuedesign Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hayashi Shuji; hereinafter referred to as "Valuedesign"), a cashless service provider under the umbrella of PayCloud Holdings Inc. ( TSE Growth: 4015), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with Buzzebees Public Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as " Buzzebees "), a leading CRM service provider, to jointly develop and begin sales of a new CRM solution, " CRM PLUS X. "
This solution will further evolve the customer experience by combining Value Design's prepaid features with the advanced CRM system developed by Buzzebees , which boasts over 10 million reward transactions per month , to create a CRM with enhanced convenience and functionality.
The mobile device penetration rate in Thailand is said to exceed 90% * , and consumers are becoming increasingly mobile. At the same time, companies are seeing growth opportunities in implementing efficient retention measures that utilize mobile devices and are beneficial to consumers. In light of this market background, the two companies have developed "CRM PLUS X" as a next-generation solution that expands a company's customer base while strengthening its cash flow by combining the advanced customer data analysis capabilities of Buzzebees' CRM system with Value Design's efficient prepaid system.
