Supporting customers in achieving their goals with our unique Pay
I am the manager of a team in charge of customer success. Our clients introduce Proprietary Pay with various goals, such as "reducing credit card fees" and "increasing store visits and purchases." We in Customer Success propose various measures to help clients who have decided to sign up for the Proprietary Pay service and those who have already introduced it to achieve their goals at the time of introduction. In particular, my team is in charge of clients that are restaurants and mass retailers, and we support our clients by proposing campaigns to promote the use of Proprietary Pay and mechanisms and functions that make it more convenient for customers who visit their stores. Our clients' stores are located all over the country, and we sometimes visit their stores to inspect them, or have our staff stand at the storefront to show visiting users how to use the cards and apps. We receive positive feedback from customers by providing them with opinions and suggestions that are based on their real reactions and behavior, and the state of their stores, from an objective perspective. Currently, I am not responsible for any specific clients, but rather I focus on managing the team's overall figures and team members.
